Ireland & N. Ireland (Free Shipping) – 1-5 working days after your order has been accepted.
Uk (€15) – 3-10 working days after your order has been accepted.
Europe (€15) – 3-12 working days after your order has been accepted.
Rest of World €15- 5-15 working days after your order has been accepted.

Taxes and duties
Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. We are not responsible for any custom fees or duty charged on International shipments.
You can also collect your order from our store on Fashion Atelier Toni, The Design House, 43 Dawson Street, Dublin 2. Just choose “Collect from Costume” as your shipping option at checkout. Once you receive your confirmation email you can collect your order anytime during opening hours.

If for some unfortunate reason you need to return your item, please follow the steps below to do this:
– The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
– All return items must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place, and with order number or proof of purchase.

– We cannot guarantee return of item so please we strongly encourage you send it via courier or tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
– You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Where the conditions above have been met we will refund your card within a maximum 3 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.
